lake view was SUPER nice

i found the location beautiful. the family room had a GREAT view. receptionist lady was awesome and very sweet. costa coffee and mcdonald's are close. parking being free was an added benefit.
the furniture was old. it REALLY needs an update. some of the furniture was damaged. i think it should be replaced.

this location overlooks a beautiful lake. it is also convenient to the m6. grassed surroundings ADD to its appeal. the hotel is easily accessible.

The staff was friendly and helpful , I appreciated their assistance with directions. The room had a good size and it included comfortable beds for a restful night. I also valued the convenience of having ample parking available onsite.
The bathroom fixtures looked a bit dated. I think some updating would improve the overall appearance.

My family room had one double bed and two single beds, which suited us well, the room also included a television that worked perfectly and provided entertainment. Clean linens were provided. I found them fresh and comfortable.

A McDonald's restaurant is located very close to the premises. It allowed us to quickly grab a bite. A Costa Coffee is also nearby and offered us another option for breakfast and coffee. The availability of these choices definitely added to our convenience.

i found great value in my stay. the views of the lake were fine. i could redeem a breakfast voucher at nearby eateries. i also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff .
The tv volume was a bit limited. I noticed that easily.

The hotel features a 24-hour desk, providing assistance at any hour. parking is available . I used it and it worked well. this location is dog friendly and that is fantastic.

A mcdonald's and costa are conveniently located next door. I could get quick meals. the availability of these options 24 hours a day made things very easy. the breakfast voucher added value to the stay.
